Be a Mentor
Your domain knowledge and experience can aid young minds in many ways. Run a career counselling session or multi-day workshop; advise budding intellects on making informed choices amid a wide range of opportunities. Take Life Skills sessions, teach critical thinking, problem-solving and time management, effective communication and presentation skills. Coach them on Job-Readiness - how to make a resume, interview tips, professional etiquette, personal grooming.
Guest Lectures
Share your professional journey, challenges, triumphs and perspectives. Conduct mock interviews for aspirants to prepare and present themselves with confident body language, good first impressions, verbal and non-verbal communication.
Subject Matter Experts
Coach schoolchildren, teachers and parents in KEF partner schools, and Kotak Scholars on the basics of saving, investing, banking, budgeting, handling debt and credit. Subject matter experts are given an orientation by prominent Kotak Group company, Kotak Life Insurance, to enrich interactions and facilitate greater understanding of participant profiles.

Run Health Awareness sessions on diseases, preventive measures, diet and nutrition. Medical practitioners can support Health Camps, Eye Check-Ups; healthcare firms can sponsor solutions like spectacles for poor vision.
Individual Volunteers
Professionals can volunteer in KEF partner schools, boosting empathy, community impact, STEM learning, child safety. Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation can run recreational and fun activities like quizzes, theme painting on school walls.
