Kotak Education Foundation runs a spectrum of educational projects designed to develop the capacity of school leaders, teachers and major stakeholders as key drivers of change, so they can nurture academic excellence and enhance student learning outcomes.
Spanning multiple geographies and modes of operation, these unique, customised projects are run in collaboration with the government and key stakeholders.

Education Projects
Centres of Excellence
Each Centre of Excellence blends leadership, best practices, domain expertise and knowledge sharing, skill training and training of trainers, research and support, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Foundational Literacy And Numeracy
NEP 2020 and NIPUN Bharat (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) aim to equip primary schoolchildren with Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) – basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
Communicative English Future Readiness
Aligned with NEP 2020, our tech-enabled Communicative English Future Readiness (CE-FR) Project equips middle school students (Grades 5 to 8) with fluency in English, digital literacy and financial literacy, making them agile, confident and future-ready.
Digital Learning Solutions
Our Digital Learning Solutions (DLS) Project strengthens the integration of technology in education, enabling higher student engagement, promoting digital equity and improving learning outcomes.
School Leadership Development
Our School Leadership Development Project is designed to strengthen the leadership and managerial skills of teachers and school leaders to help them shape a culture of academic excellence.
Infrastructure
Our Infrastructure Project works to provide a clean, healthy and conducive learning environment to children, by replacing leaking roofs, upgrading sanitary blocks, providing purified water facilities and enlivening classrooms with creative wall art.
