Skill2Win is a specially designed course tailored to diverse aspirant profiles. Aspirants who have passed Grade 10, 11 or 12, or appeared for Third Year examinations in a degree course or graduated successfully, can apply and gain vital professional skills.
Skill2Win makes aspirants work-ready by equipping them with professional and communication skills required by companies in the organised sector, in any domain or vocation. Covering essential life skills, communication abilities, professional etiquette, workplace readiness, and basic IT skills, Skill2Win develops core, transferable competencies that make participants job-ready across sectors.
Equipped with fundamental workplace skills, knowledgeable and confident candidates can stride into any sphere of industry, prepared to handle varied roles and responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should be 18-25 years of age
- Applicant’s annual family income must be Rs.3,20,000/- or less
- Applicant should have passed 10th or 12th grade, or given Third Year examinations in a degree course or be a graduate/degree-holder in any stream of study
